1 – Create Good Consumption Habits – Many people think of a spa or some kind of treatment when they think of detoxing, but that is only half of it. The other half is weaning out the habits of consuming foods and drinks that create toxicity. Junk food and alcohol are great examples. Don’t start a detoxing program until you are ready to give them both up. The body doesn’t get toxic by consuming raw foods. Poor habits for consumption cause toxicity.
